Is your organisation undergoing change processes? Whether you work in a governmental or non-governmental organisation or network, we can support you with our experience in organisational consulting.
The basis for our consulting service is a common understanding of integral interrelated facts within your organisation, and a contract which defines the type and level of our services, as well as the type of result being sought and the extent of contribution and input necessary from the client. This is meant to clarify conditions necessary for a successful change process.
Together with you we
- carry out systemic organisational diagnoses with the aim of generating knowledge and new insights on the state of the organisation among its various stakeholders. This will create the basis for an organised change process
- identify appropriate measures for change processes in which the potentials and blockages within the organisation are appropriately reflected
- chaperone change measures at the level of the individual (e.g., executive coaching), at the level of the organisational unit (e.g., team building) as well as at the level of the overall organisation (e.g., vision and goal determination, advice on structural and process changes)
While counseling networks, we confront the challenges that arise due to high complexity, loose internal interconnection mechanisms, as well as difficult separation from the outside. We benefit from our experience from accompanying church networks and our analyses of impacts of networks in the context of evaluations.
Our special consulting areas include organisation-relevant questions about the potential and actual benefits of various human resources tools – especially in regards to development cooperation and decentralised structures abroad.
